Who We Are

Ahijah Peacemakers Group (APMG) is a peacebuilding and community development organization founded in Koforidua, in the Eastern Region of Ghana. We are committed to promoting peace, justice, ethical leadership, conflict resolution, and sustainable development at both local and global levels.

Through research, education, advocacy, and community-based action, APMG empowers individuals, young people, and institutions to become active agents of positive change. Guided by strong moral values and international best practices, we work with partners and communities to build a more just, peaceful, and sustainable future for all.

What We Do

We support conflict prevention, mediation, and reconciliation efforts that promote peaceful coexistence and strengthen social harmony within communities.

We promote ethical leadership and good governance by building the capacity of leaders, institutions, and community actors to serve with integrity and accountability.

We conduct research and contribute to policy dialogue to inform decision-making, promote justice, and support sustainable peace and development initiatives.
